We save the nerves: Intra-dental pins

Sometimes the dentist doesn't want to remove the tooth nerve even though it's completely ruined by caries. To renew the supragingival part of the tooth we use the intradentinal pins that are screwed around the perimeter of the tooth without touching the pulp chamber. These pins are always titanium, extremely strong and allow the installation of a ceramic crown in the future. So the procedure is kind of "mini-implantation".
